Alexandru has successfully represented both Romanian and foreign clients, whether we are talking about individuals, small and medium-sized companies or corporate clients, in all phases of the criminal process, including legal counseling.

He provides legal assistance and representation before all Prosecutor’s Offices and Courts in Romania, including the High Court of Cassation and Justice of Romania. Thus, Alexandru assisted or represented clients before the criminal investigation authorities and the Romanian courts, at all levels, within complex legal procedures, many of them related to corporate crimes and the criminal liability of legal persons, tax evasion, money laundering, corruption and service offences, organized crime, international drug trafficking and other drug related crimes.
